We love bringing your ideas to life! From once-in-a-lifetime engagement rings to custom jewellery pieces for special occasions and milestones, our in-house designer will collaborate with you in-depth, transforming your ideas into high-quality bespoke creations – made just for you.
We like to believe that good things take time, so as much as we pride ourselves on producing your bespoke pieces in an efficient and timely manner, it’s very important to approach us with your design ideas well in advance of your deadline to give our design team ample time to perfect your designs. Once your bespoke design is confirmed, production will take approximately 4 weeks to complete.

As a small team, it may take us a few days to get back to everyone – especially during busy periods. To ensure we’re giving each inquiry the attention it deserves, please allow 1-3 working days to receive an initial response. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to bring your piece to life!
Away from the bespoke bench!
Our designer is currently out-of-studio on leave until Tuesday, 30th of April, and as such, our team is putting our custom designs services on hold until then.
Production will continue on all confirmed bespoke orders as usual, with a stand-in designer available to assist with production as needed.
